2020 has gotten off to a ROUGH FEW MONTHS HONEY....
I think I can speak for a lot of people when I say IT HAS BEEN A LITTTTTLLLEEEE rough! We need some good energy honey ENOUGH of the bad news viruses, plagues, aliens, and anything else trying to stop our bag in 2020.
However, with everything going on I've grown VERY strong willed & DETERMINED for success. I constantly try channelling ALL of my negative energy,and truly focus on THE POSITIVE. Thinking about what you want to manifest NOT what is going wrong is the ONLY rule I live by. GROW THROUGH WHAT YOU GO THROUGH.....

-stay inspired, show gratitude, stay motivated and most importantly,TAKE CARE OF MYSELF.
I Love instagram for daily inspiration. There are so many boss ladies I love to follow and interact with. I also LOVE getting feedback from people who follow me on social media. I use social media to network. I use social media to interact with people who are supporters and fans of my artistry, business ,and vise versa. I don't use social media to be negative or unload anything BUT good vibes on a daily basis. THESHADEROOM, ANY news outlets regarding our president, ANY major "gossip" websites, and blogs I TRY avoiding. ANYONE who comments overly negative or OVERLY aggressive get IMMEDIATELY BLOCKED. The mind truly is what you take in, stay AWARE of your constant views. I don't go above and beyond to "cut people off" because I feel thats putting too much energy into something I'm trying to rid. I just continue to work on becoming the best person I CAN be. With that being said people who aren't mentally, and physically where I need them to be eventually slowly but surely fade away. To stay inspired gravitate towards things that encourage you to stay happy. Stay away from negative people, or complainers, THIS DEPLETES your energy!
IM NOT GOING TO LIE SOMETIMES THE DRAMA WEBSITES ARE ENTERTAINING, DO YOU FIND IT HARD TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM?
Motivators are different for everyone. Cars, money, vacations, the latest CHANEL bags those are all motivators for a barbie like myself. However ,my biggest motivator is my son . Being the best mother I can be , striving to educate myself, as well as my son and TRULY create generational black wealth, is my biggest day to day motivation. Nothing against my own upbringing because honestly I had a pretty great childhood, but there are SO many things I wish I knew and experienced in my childhood and early adulthood. I strive to give my son everything and more, WHILE educating him on all the necessities of life! Its funny though the world my son is growing up in is SO much different then how I grew up.
WHAT OR WHO IS YOUR BIGGEST MOTIVATOR?
I've become OBSESSED with changing my mindset, becoming a more positive person, and showing gratitude for EVERYTHING, even my "failures". There is NO SUCH THING as failure, only lessons. All my set backs have offered me MAJOR wisdom. I follow OPRAH a lot, she is such an inspiration to me. She speaks A LOT about being grateful for what you have & MORE will follow. I thank god just for waking up daily, I thank my amazing clients, no matter HOW much they spend or don't spend. I thank my family for always supporting me, always telling me what I NEED to hear not what I want to hear. I thank my father ALL the time he's the ONLY man who has ALWAYS had my back NO MATTER WHAT! I just go above and beyond to FIND things I'm grateful for. Remember taking things for granted will result in you no longer having those "things"!

I unfortunately live in Dubuque Iowa. Women around me aren't to obsessed with their outer appearance or going above and beyond to make weekly spa day appointments. AND THEN THERE IS ME! I DO WHATEVER I WANT TO KEEP MYSELF HAPPY INSIDE AND OUT!
I don't call around and ask someone to go to a massage with me I BOOK a 2 hour massage and enjoy every moment of silence and peace. I practice LOTS of self care and I do not panic or obsess over the price. I pamper myself bi weekly, I know I've worked for it and I deserve it, and enjoy every moment of my relax time.
I meditate daily sometimes even twice daily depending on my day! Meditating INCLUDES typically a prerecorded audio, practicing breathing techniques, and filled with a slew of positive affirmations. I love meditating to start my day as well the end of the day!
I LOVE doing makeup! Makeup for me is a creative release. Although I make a living from doing makeup I LOVE when I'm able to do a 4-5 hour glam session. I love trapping myself in my makeup room blasting my 90s classics and playing with different makeup techniques.
